Returns & Refunds Policy

At BWG NFC, we take pride in the quality of our NFC products and carefully test all products before they are dispatched to ensure they are working correctly and meet our quality standards.

Faulty Products

If you receive a product that you believe is faulty or not working as intended, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please contact us with your order details and a description of the fault. We may ask you to provide photographs or other information to help us assess the issue.

The product must be returned to us for inspection before any refund or replacement can be processed.

Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received.

Plaque stickers must not have had the sticker removed or applied. If the sticker has been removed, it cannot be returned or refunded, as removing the sticker may affect the product and its ability to be tested.

We reserve the right to decline a return where the product has been damaged, altered, misused, or modified after delivery.

Refunds

Once we have received the returned product and confirmed that it is faulty, we will process the applicable refund.

A refund will not be issued until the product has been returned and inspected.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Products Tested Before Dispatch

All BWG NFC products are tested before they are sent to the customer. This helps us ensure that products are functioning correctly before leaving our premises.

If you experience an issue with your product after receiving it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Important

Returns for faulty products must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. Products returned outside this period may not be eligible for a refund.

This returns policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a problem that gives you a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, your rights under that law will continue to apply.
