7. Faulty Products and Returns

If you receive a product that is faulty or not functioning as intended, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

All products are tested before dispatch.

Where a product is returned as faulty, the product must be returned to us before a refund or replacement can be processed.

Plaque stickers that have been removed may not be returned or refunded, as removal can affect the condition and functionality of the product.

Products that have been damaged, altered, misused or modified after delivery may not be eligible for a return where the issue is caused by that damage, alteration, misuse or modification.

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product has a minor failure, we may be entitled to provide a repair or replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
